Right now, the world of business and innovation is constantly evolving; young change-makers who are entering the market are becoming more innovative than ever. This gift known as the internet gives anyone of any age the access to the knowledge and skills needed to become a future leader at their fingertips. CompanyRoots, in its simplest form, is a way to allow the untold experiences of the successful to be heard. It is a blog to help navigate the world of success and provide a way for everybody to learn something new. It is a microcosm for entrepreneurs and innovators. What We Do

On a daily basis, the CompanyRoots team reaches out to entrepreneurs and CEOs of big-name companies, philanthropists looking to make a positive impact in the world through non-profits, and other successful leaders. We connect with these visionaries through two different outlets: interviews and direct writing. Via Zoom, our interviewers, Rahul and Sourish, spend around thirty minutes per each segment and then write an article discussing what advice and stories were taken away. With a team of around 10 highschoolers consisting of interviewers, writers, video editors, and graphic designers from across New Jersey, Florida, and Delaware, we upload content regularly. Our writers also create content through online Q & As. Through constant emailing and networking referrals, the CompanyRoots team has been fortunate enough to interview over 35 laureates ranging from Nobel Prize Winners to entrepreneurs on Shark Tank to best-selling authors.
