Mark Walier, an interviewer, is a rising sophomre at Seton Hall University, pursuing a Finance degree. At CompanyRoots, Mark is looking to expand his social and academic skill set by understanding how great leaders operate and effect positive change in the world. He has been able to explore his passion for a career in the business world through academic competitions, such as the Fed Challenge in New York City.
